Track 1 Team
West Virginia Network for Functional Neuroscience and Transcriptomics
The Track 1 West Virginia Network for Functional Neuroscience and Transcriptomics is a collaborative research initiative supported by West Virginia EPSCoR. This network focuses on advancing our understanding of the brain and nervous system through cutting-edge research in functional neuroscience and transcriptomics. By bringing together researchers from multiple disciplines and institutions across the state, the program aims to develop innovative approaches to studying brain function, gene expression, and their roles in neurological health and disease. The Track 1 initiative also emphasizes workforce development by engaging students and early-career scientists in high-impact research, helping to position West Virginia as a leader in neuroscience and molecular biology.
